Investor Materials Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to visitors who request access to private investor materials at looplydev.com/seed. It does not replace any separate privacy notice that may apply to other Looply services.

Information we collect

We collect the work email address you submit to access the materials. After access is granted, we collect browsing and engagement data, including pages viewed, deck slides viewed, language selected, document downloads, export requests, clicked demo links, referral source, and UTM campaign parameters.

We use a secure, opaque access-cookie identifier to associate this activity with the submitted email in our internal records. The identifier does not contain your email address.

How we use the information

We use this information to provide access to the investor materials, understand interest in Looply and specific materials, protect the materials from misuse, improve their presentation, and follow up about Looply's fundraising or business.

Service providers and analytics

We use Vercel to host the site; Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to store lead and activity records; Google Analytics to measure site engagement; and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the materials. These providers may process technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage data under their own privacy terms.

We do not send your email address or the opaque access identifier to Google Analytics. We do not sell your investor contact information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and choices

We retain investor email and engagement records indefinitely unless you ask us to delete or correct them, or we no longer need them. Submitting your email is required to access the private materials. If you do not want us to collect this information, do not submit the access form.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email zhihao@looplydev.com.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side secrets. No online system can be completely secure. We may update this policy as our practices change; the updated date above will show when it was last revised.
